These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cloud 360 Designs LLC website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Cloud 360 Designs provides digital agency services including design, development, marketing, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required assets (content, images, logos), and access to necessary accounts and platforms. Delays in client feedback may affect project timelines.

Payment Terms

For one-time projects, 50% payment is due upfront and 50% upon completion unless otherwise agreed. For monthly services, payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the final deliverables are transferred to the client. Cloud 360 Designs retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless an NDA is in place.

Revisions

Each pricing package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the package limit may incur additional charges at our standard hourly rate.

Limitation of Liability

Cloud 360 Designs is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for work completed up to the termination date. Non-refundable deposits are not returned.
